Breakfast exceeded expectations. A delightful spread-eggs, bacon, French toast, and more. The heated pool was a welcome touch on cool mornings. Location is prime, close to great dining and the marina. Rooms are clean and equipped with microwaves and refrigerators, plus a lovely balcony view. Service was mostly friendly, though the front desk lacked warmth at times. A couple of maintenance issues need attention, such as the closet rod and the disengaged desk runner. Some details could improve-like upgrading the soap and addressing noise levels. a solid choice with minor room for improvement. Continuously better, still worth returning to for its positives.

Location couldn't be better, especially for SeaWorld enthusiasts. The room was clean, and the staff genuinely friendly, making breakfast a pleasant experience with both cold and hot options. the toilet issue was frustrating, and while maintenance was prompt, it left a lingering sour note. With a musty elevator and outdated carpets, the atmosphere felt off for the price paid. The surprise about the shuttle service was disappointing since we depended on that info for our plans. Despite the hiccups, the positives shone through, but it felt a bit mismatched for the cost.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room temperature was just right for a cool night's sleep. Black-out curtains helped block out light, and the soundproof balcony doors made a noticeable difference in reducing noise from outside. The mini fridge was a convenient touch for storing snacks and drinks. the sheets could have smelled fresher. There was some noticeable street noise, especially on the second floor, which could be bothersome for light sleepers. Air conditioning produced an odd noise every 10 minutes, becoming increasingly disruptive. the room had many positive aspects but came with a few inconveniences.

My stay was fantastic, situated just a short walk across the street from a vibrant marina with several waterfront restaurants, and only about 5 kilometers from the heart of popular attractions like the USS Midway Museum and SeaWorld, making it easy to enjoy leisurely walks to soak in the sights; additionally, the hotel offered comfortable amenities, including a tasty breakfast and friendly staff who were always ready to help, but I did experience some noise from renovations on my floor during the stay, which could be improved.

During our recent stay at the Best Western, we encountered a mix of positives and negatives. One of the major highlights for us was the breakfast - it was truly amazing with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The staff at the hotel were also extremely friendly and helpful, which added to our overall experience. there were a few downsides that we couldn't overlook. The bed in our room was incredibly uncomfortable, with noticeable sagging on either end of the king-sized bed. the harbor view we were promised was largely obstructed by a staircase, which was quite disappointing. Another inconvenience we faced was that our room keys kept deactivating daily, requiring us to constantly get new keys throughout our stay. This was a bit frustrating and disrupted our plans a few times. the room itself was clean, but there were some areas that definitely needed updating. The mattress was not up to par, the carpets were a bit dirty, and the overall decor felt outdated. One of the major disappointments was the malfunctioning pool and hot tub. The heat factor wasn't working properly, which was a letdown as we were looking forward to relaxing in those amenities during our stay. In terms of noise, our room on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool and street was a bit noisy due to traffic. It might be worth considering soundproofing measures to improve the comfort of guests staying in those rooms. our experience at Best Western had its ups and downs.

The location was perfect for families , just a short stroll to Fisherman's Landing for exciting fishing trips and chartered boats. We also enjoyed jet skiing and kayaking at the marina, as well as world, class sailing and whale watching near the airport.

My wife says that the pool area could use more child, friendly amenities.

we had a fantastic experience at the best western hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service from shuttle pickup to storing our luggage. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with great amenities. the location was convenient for using public transportation, and the hotel staff even provided helpful tips for navigating the city. we especially enjoyed the delicious and varied free breakfast offerings and the stunning balcony view.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond, even providing us with fresh milk for our special needs son.
